Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property, clearing work areas when necessary, and providing accurate project details prior to service.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
We take every precaution to protect property during work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damages resulting from undisclosed property defects.
We strive for high-quality workmanship. Any warranty terms, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon per project.
