Clients may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We understand that schedules change. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
Some projects may require a deposit. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been purchased or work has begun.
If our team arrives at the scheduled job site and access is not available, a service fee may be applied.
