Refund & Product Satisfaction Policy

At A Touch of English Painting, we are committed to providing top-quality painting products and exceptional service. If your order does not meet your expectations, please review our policy below:

  • Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returned items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Custom-made fences or gates are not eligible for a full refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Additional costs due to changes requested after delivery may not be refundable.
  • Approved refunds or credits will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
